About the Role
Stardust Ranch is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Event Coordinator to help bring our vision to life. This role will support our team in producing immersive gatherings. From intimate design dinners to large-scale launch events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, enjoys logistics and design equally, and can transform a concept into a seamless guest experience.

You will work closely with our production team and coordinate the logistics with them and our design parters, helping bring each event to life.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics, production timelines, and vendor communication
  • Day-of support event setup and on-site management
  • Liaise with partners, sponsors, and the Stardust Ranch production team
  • Assist with guest list management, RSVP tracking, and hospitality coordination
  • Contribute to creative planning and event styling

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in event coordination, hospitality, or production
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working with vendors and contractors
  • Flexible, positive attitude and team-oriented approach
  • Passion for design, community, and storytelling through experiences

Social Media Coordinator

Part-time / Contract

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative Social Media Coordinator to help tell the evolving story of Stardust Ranch. This role will focus on capturing and sharing our journey — from property progress to design collaborations and events — across social platforms. The right candidate has a strong visual eye, understands the design and lifestyle space, and can keep our digital presence active and authentic.

Responsibilities

  • Capture on-site photo and video content (stories, reels, and posts)
  • Work with the marketing director and production manager to execute strategy
  • Post consistently across Instagram and other platforms
  • Maintain alignment with brand tone, visual direction, and partner priorities
  • Support content planning and community engagement

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Experience creating short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
  • Basic understanding of analytics, captions, and trends
  • Comfortable shooting content with a phone or camera on-site
  • Familiarity with the design and hospitality space is a plus
